Bio-Effluent Processing Tanks – Heater Control

The site system has 6 bio-effluent tanks.

To enable the Bio-Effluent system to function, microbes in each tank have to be kept at a temperature between 20oC to 25oC all year round. Temperature above or below this range would potentially kill the microbes and halt the bio process.

In order to maintain this temperature, control systems were designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned to ensure that the customers tank heaters were controlled to maintain constant environmental temperatures.
