Switchboard for Steelworks

To enable the steelworks to control and operate various new sections of plant, equipment based on the Rittal Ri4Power LV Distribution system was designed, manufactured, tested and installed.

The system was a PLC controlled, rear access, top cable entry exit, 1600A MCC switchboard.

During manufacture, our customer came forward with various modifications and additional drives to the system.

Implementation of these additional sections was simplified due to the modular flexible construction of the system.
